Jasmine, front desk, was amazing. She allowed an early check in because we came to town for a funeral and needed to change for the service before 3pm. All other staff were friendly and accommodating. hotel was clean and n a great location

I stayed on the 4th floor and only working ice machine was on the 2nd floor. The tv screen had lines in it. My room was in the back beside convention center and the coming and going staff were loud and was woken up very early both days.

Pleasant, accommodating breakfast person. Front desk called with and responded well to accommodation that wasn't going to match what i booked.

Connected to convention center which was purpose of trip. Room was comfortable and clean. Lady at front desk was super friendly.

The staff was great , specially the lady that checked us in at 9 pm Friday night. Restaurant has a good dinner and breakfast menu.

the staff was amazing especially the gentleman who checked me in! he was so helpful and we were a super late check in. I was tired and cranky but he was so cheerful at 1am he made it hard to be cranky
